EXPERIENCED PRIVATE AMBULANCE SERVICE

Inter-County Ambulance Service was founded in 1972 at a time when private healthcare in the United Kingdom was in its infancy. We established ourselves in these initial years by serving GPs, NHS and private hospitals, as well as insurance companies and private individuals in and around the Buckinghamshire area. Since then we have grown from strength to strength, continuing to serve these and other clients.

OUR AMBULANCES

To ensure we always offer a high standard of patient care, our ambulances are fully equipped, including the following:

• Defibrillator

• ECG monitoring

• Emergency drugs

• Suction unit

• Mains and portable oxygen

All of our ambulances have seating should family members or additional medical staff wish to travel. To ensure extra comfort for our patients, all of our stretchers have Spenco mattresses.

OUR STAFF

From the moment you call our Control Room, our staff will assist you in arranging the appropriate pickup time and location, assessing any medical requirements and ensuring that the transfer is carried out in the most caring and compassionate manner.

We strive to provide a prompt service to ensure peace of mind.

Our medical staff are all highly qualified and experienced, able to deal with every situation and we always have your best interests at heart. Their qualifications range from FREC 3 to Paramedic and we ensure regular training sessions which keeps all of our staff up to date with the latest protocols and procedures. All our staff are Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and cleared.

I Can't Thank The Staff At Inter-County Ambulance Service Enough. My Father Who Lives In France Broke His Hip And Had Been In Hospital For Several Weeks. We Desperately Wanted To Get Him Back To England To Be Around Family, But Couldn't Fly With Him Ourselves, Due To His Medical Condition. Carole Was Amazing, She Made The Whole Ordeal Seem Effortless. Kamil, The Flight Paramedic Was So Kind To My Father And Reassured Him When He Was Confused. The Whole Process Was Much Cheaper Than We Had At First Thought And Worth Every Penny. The Efficiency, Communication, And Commission Showed To Us All Was Second To None. I Couldn't Recommend Them More Highly.
